Every plan includes 100% of Studio’s features. Pricing scales with your Active Members only — anyone with a membership or who’s attended an event in the past month. Prospects and staff? Never charged.
Zen Planner works with preferred payment processors including our in-house provider, Daxko Payments. There is no setup or gateway fee with select preferred integrated payment processors. Check with our team for details on current pricing.
It’s never too early or too late! We recommend if you’re starting a fitness business, to have Zen Planner ready to go 3-6 months ahead of launch.
Yes! Your onboarding coach will walk you through the process of how to transfer data from your old system over to Zen Planner. This is completed during your free onboarding sessions so you are up and running quickly! Learn more about switching to Zen Planner here.
Setting up on Zen Planner is designed to be efficient. The timeline can vary based on your specific business needs and the complexity of data migration, if applicable. Your bill adjusts automatically each month based on your Active Member count — no manual upgrades needed. Active Members only include people with a membership or who’ve attended an event recently; prospects, alumni, staff, and pay-per-session attendees are never counted.
Yes. You can move between plans as your needs change — just reach out to your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, and they’ll help you switch without starting over.
Yes. Multi-location gyms are priced based on the number of locations and active members across your business. Your Account Executive will walk through exact numbers during your demo.
