How do I import my records?

Zen Planner's Import Data Wizard walks you through every step of the import process. The wizard helps you configure your settings in Zen Planner and provides you with sample import files to help you format your data. After you import your file, we provide you with a detailed status report to help you check that your import was successful.

I need help importing my data.

If you're getting errors when you use the Import Data Wizard or you just need a little extra help, our Support Team is there to help. With complicated imports, we can even import your data for a small fee. Contact us for more information.

How do I export my records?

To export a report to Excel, your report must use the Grid Format in Zen Planner. To change your report to Grid Format, click on the Report Settings Menu located at the top of the report. From here, you can also select the report fields to include in your export.

Do you integrate with X software program?

We're currently developing integrations for other software programs, such as accounting or email marketing services, that are commonly used by our customers. Let us know if you're looking for a specific software integration to use with Zen Planner.
